I am responsible for MystiCast, Bismarck State College's student-led video station. I ensure that each student in the class finishes their individual videos on time and contributes to the production of each episode. I stack each show using Rundown Creator and edit all the videos together in Adobe Premiere Pro. I have gained experience anchoring, reading from teleprompters, operating high-quality video cameras, editing audio and video, and working with a professional lighting setup in the studio. I also shoot and edit videos for the Mystic Media team at the college and write articles for The Mystician, the student-run newspaper.

I was called in to help stagehand for the Nate Bargatze: Be Funny Tour comedy show in Bismarck. Before the event started, I helped assemble line arrays in the Bismarck Event Center. I carefully set up and aligned chairs. I unboxed speakers and plugged them into the sound system. After the event, I helped disassemble the line arrays, put away chairs, pack up the sound and video equipment, and load it into trucks. I remain on-call for when Nightlife Music requires an extra stagehand crew member.

I manage all audio operations for select funerals and weddings at Century Baptist Church. For each funeral and wedding I help with, I am responsible for ensuring that the stage is cleared of all unnecessary instruments and cables and prepared with a podium, microphones, and instruments, if necessary. I coordinate with the funeral home director or wedding coordinator to confirm the service order. I then double-check the order with the family. During most services, I manage a soundboard and a computer. After each service, I reset the stage by bringing the instruments and cables back on stage and plugging the instruments and pedals into the stage floor boxes.
